Founded in 2020, XSquare provides high integration System on Module with focus on cellular connectivity solutions.Their first product is the MTK T750 SOM which was designed for 5G CPE/FWA/IOT GW.Now XSquare products have expanded to include more 5G SOM solutions, 5G solutions, and AIoT Data Card.

XSquare Communications XS5G01 5G SOM Solution incorporates both modem and 64bit ARM A55*4. It is the first SA+LTE-A Global SKU RF and the first highly integrated platform. The XS5G01 5G SOM Solutions are compatible with LPDDR4 with capacities ranging from 8Gb - 16Gb in 2 channels for memory and eMMC storage with capacities ranging from 32Gb to 128Gb.
